How NAFCJOMP protects judicial records, enforces directory contact confidentiality, and secures member data across our official portal.
1. Directory Privacy & Contact Masking (Strict Confidentiality)
NAFCJOMP maintains an accredited national roster of Superior Court Judges, Magistrates, Public Prosecutors, and Child Rights Advocates. To preserve the safety, impartiality, and security of judicial officers:
Server-Side Contact Protection Standard:
- Direct WhatsApp and Email Channels are Masked: Contact phone numbers and email addresses are withheld on the server and omitted from API responses for general visitors, search engines, and unverified users.
- Restricted to Officially Vetted Members: Peer contact channels are exclusively accessible to logged-in users who have been formally vetted and approved as official active members.
- Anti-Harvesting Commitment: Members are expressly prohibited from scraping, bulk exporting, or disseminating fellow judicial officers’ contact information to any third party.
2. Member Verification & Session States
NAFCJOMP operates a 3-tier verification model governing member interaction and platform privileges:
User registration has been submitted and queued for vetting by the National Executive Committee. Directory contacts remain hidden until accreditation is confirmed.
Submissions requiring corrections or missing mandatory credentials receive a notice with the committee's reason and are prompted to revise and re-apply.
Officially accredited judicial officers and practitioners. Awarded a permanent membership roll number, unlocked contact details, and exclusive WhatsApp Community access.
3. Exclusive WhatsApp Community Network & QR Code Security
The NAFCJOMP official WhatsApp Community is an encrypted, invitation-only network dedicated to judicial deliberations, child protection alerts, and national conference logistics:
- Verified Access Only: The Community join button and dynamically generated QR code are accessible strictly inside authenticated, verified member sessions.
- Strict Non-Disclosure: Community links and QR codes are non-transferable. Forwarding, reposting, or publishing the WhatsApp link or QR code to non-members or public forums is a severe breach of association ethics resulting in immediate revocation of credentials.
4. Non-Commercial Data Commitment
NAFCJOMP does NOT provide any commercial services or monetize user data. We do not sell, rent, license, or trade personal details with advertisers or commercial aggregators. All records exist exclusively for statutory association roll maintenance, judicial education, and Child Rights Act compliance.
5. Cloudflare Encrypted Storage Infrastructure
Cloudflare Infrastructure Security Guarantee:
Official portrait photographs uploaded by members are stored in isolated, high-security Cloudflare R2 Object Storage equipped with modern SSL/TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. Cloudflare CDN shields assets from unauthorized modification, hotlinking, or intrusion.
6. Administrative Network Isolation
All association vetting dashboards, member review tools, and secretariat command consoles are isolated from public site links and indexed sitemaps. Access is governed via dedicated administrative subdomain architecture (admin.nafcjomp.org) protected by cryptographic HMAC token authorization and multi-factor session validation.
7. Data Protection Officer & Secretariat Desk
Members may submit profile correction requests, rectification inquiries, or account questions directly to our data desk:
Automated magic link dispatches, verification receipts, and official broadcasts.
Member roll adjustments, vetting inquiries, and privacy compliance support.
